    Describe your ideal weekend night

    Mine is like this:

At about 4PM go and wash my car for the night.

Will be finished washing and polishing the car by 6PM.

Shower and scrub away the filth and be ready by 7PM.

Go out or have dinner at home and be done by 9PM.

Now call up friends and see the plan, most probably the lazy ones will say to sit in a coffee shop for the rest of the nights, the adventurous ones will say to camp out of the city and the party goers will well, take me to a party.

Rock it till 1 or 2AM in the club or the party.

Finish that and go home and crash like never crashed before.

    What’s your weekend night like?

Idea to take in car videos of roads of Oman

Well I had a light bulb shine over my head today while taking the long way to work. Oman is beautiful! I wish to share Oman with the world and the way I can do it I guess is put on a camera in the car and drive on the best roads in Oman. The videos might be very long or short, doesn’t matter, it will show of Oman what you can’t see in still pictures.

I will acquire the proper tools to record videos and will record them on my Galaxy S with 720p quality. Will post them on Youtube and link them from here. So keep the feeds open.

Name someone who has significantly influenced the way you see the world

No one. I see the world as I see it. You should too. The world is not fare, the world is a mess, the world is not a fairy tale. People should learn by their experience of many things and see what reality is. A lot is going on in the world, things are unfair, sometimes you get lucky and good things happen but mostly it’s just a whole lot of unlucky things happening to you and all around you.

Nowadays, everywhere you look there’s wars. Religious wars, business wars, wars against terrorists or fictional terrorists, resource wars, etc etc. Basically anything there is in the world, there’s fighting above it. Why should it be that way? Because there are people who want to stay on the top of the ladder, who want servants and want to be rich. These are the very people teaching the world that democracy is the best possible way to run a government, little do people know these people are pulling the strings of the whole world from behind the scenes, so how is it a democracy? It’s just a really big Monarchy!

    Think about things.

    Spotlight: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

You can read all about the Fullmetal Alchemist series here. I’m going to say what I feel and think about the series.

In a world where Alchemy exists and there are people who practice is. The story starts off in 1914 and involves the struggle and adventures of two brothers who wish to regain their bodies back which they lost earlier in the story. Al, the younger brother, lost his whole body and is affixed to an armor suit. Ed, the elder brother, lost his right arm and left leg which are now mechanical thanks to their friend Winry.

They look for the Philosopher’s Stone which is a mythical item said to possess immense energy. Alchemy is science in which the philosophy of equal exchange is used. With Philosopher’s Stone, you bypass that philosophy and create something out of nothing. But we later find out in the series that human sacrifice is needed to make the Stone in the first place so it’s not like your creating something out of nothing. I have watched the original series which didn’t follow the actual story. Now I’m watching the second release and take on the manga and it’s called Brotherhood. This is said to faithfully follow the manga so it should be interesting.

I think this Anime has it all and is one of the best from Japan. The writer is very clever to have written such a story. The Anime is not like other smaller anime’s in which if they get a super power they would have the whole series play like filler episodes. The whole concept of the fictional Alchemy is intertwined in the story itself.

    Watch it, but watch Brotherhood.

All about nutrition and losing/gaining weight/muscles/fat…

I have wrote about this in message boards so many times. So I will just copy paste all I’ve wrote which I can find, don’t want to start and for it to become a book. There’s a lot written below and you will have to continue reading. It’s all random and I couldn’t find all of it, forgive me for randomness.

Maintaining, gaining, or losing weight all lies in what, when, and how much you eat. Also, how you spend all that food you take in. Carbs, Proteins, and Fats are the three categories you should focus to look at. Carbs is energy, you should eat carbs in carb form so the body works to convert it into energy (sugar) e.g. rice, noodles, pasta. Proteins is what makes muscle, meat, chicken, and fish (tuna is the best source) are examples. You should eat unsaturated fats, e.g. olives, nuts, avocado etc etc. Avoid saturated and trans-fats. (More …)
